SK Pierce East Coast IPA

Special for a limited time! How do you make a beer for the legendary historical landmark SK Pierce? You could go dark, but that might be too scary and might wilt in Summer. So to match the zing of this storied (to put it lightly) mansion, we decided to go with hoppy and lighter. Very frighteningly hoppy, balanced by barley malts, oats, and dextrine for an  extra hit to the body. It works! But tread carefully, nobody knows what may lurk in its depths.
