Maquoit Bay Description: These oysters are about 2.5" to 3" with a strong shell that is known for its impeccable structure and beauty. Mere Point is known for being economically friendly and sustainably run. Flavor: Very high salinity and strong brine with a slightly sweet umami finish. Pairing: This would be best with the Blaubeer. It will enhance the blueberry notes on the beer.
