Bouchtouche Blonde is a local favorite for the Bouctouchians of Gardner, MA. What is a Belgian Blonde Ale you wonder? There are the usual suspects of Belgian spice and subtle phenols like clove, and it’s all pulled off with a very light character with unexpected full flavor.
