Really, you tell us what this beer is. Introducing our new series of highly experimental, delicious beers, that don’t necessarily fit into any style categories. We are taking a whimsical, but studied, approach, to new ingredients. This first beer, however, does fit into a style, it is a sort of session IPA. We are experimenting with a new hop, Hallertau Blanc. It has grapefruit and melon and hints of champagne according to one source. Whatcha think?
