Moon Hill Beer Dinner
Every year, the Mass Brewers Guild promotes “Mass Beer Week” which falls the first week of March, this year March 1st-8th. Breweries statewide are hosting dinners, parties, selling Mass Beer Week Glasses (we’ll have them, too) and sponsoring craft beer trails.
Moon Hill Brewing is making a return to its well-known beer dinners. It has been a while since we did one – like 6 years. We think the time is now to bring out something we used to do so often and had so much fun doing!

First Course
Irish Red Ale
Grilled Bratwurst & Horrigans Irish Red Ale

Local bratwurst (Blood Farms, Groton, MA) over Kölsch mustard cream.
Arugula salad with rosemary, thyme, fleur de sal, Romano cheese, lemon vinaigrette.

Perley Girl Pilsner

Fresh salmon fillet roasted on a cedar plank with house dill sour cream.
Sherry cucumber, tomato, and feta salad.

Facelift English IPA
Porter Braised Short Rib & Facelift English IPA

6-hour braised short rib.
Cauliflower mash, fried onions, drizzle of house horseradish cream.
Fourth Course
From America With Love Imperial Stout
